Project inquiries

11•22 Studios, based in London, Ontario, uses the information you submit to assess your project, respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting relationship. Required fields help us understand the work; company details, budget, links and attachments are optional. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list.

Supporting materials

Please share only material you are authorised to provide. Avoid sensitive personal information and use links for large audio or video files. Temporary uploaded materials for inquiries that do not become client projects are scheduled for removal from our upload storage after 90 days. This does not automatically remove correspondence, email attachments or records needed for ongoing work, accounting or legal obligations.

Service providers

Hosting, spam protection, email delivery and private file storage providers process information to operate this website and deliver inquiries. When delivery is enabled, the form uses Cloudflare and our configured email provider. These services may process information outside Canada, where local laws may permit access by authorities. We do not sell inquiry information.

Security and measurement

The form uses server-side checks and abuse controls. No online transmission is risk-free. If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website use without advertising cookies. We do not use advertising trackers or record the contents of your form in analytics.

Access and questions

You can ask to access or correct information you have shared, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to legal and contractual requirements. Contact Zach at zach@1122studios.ca.
